We are open to remote candidates. Please note this is a 3-months contract minimum.

Pyxo is seeking Chat Agents to provide excellent customer support via our online chat platform. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide timely support. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.


  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.


  • Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.


  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.


  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.


  • Superior organizational skills and ability to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects

  • Confident communicator with the ability to balance autonomy and collaboration effectively


  • Experience supporting community members to enable them to thrive


  • Proven track record of managing operationally complex projects and programs with cross-functional and distributed teams


  • Motivated by solving community pain points and driving organizational excellence


  • Great interpersonal skills and comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders


  • Superior organizational skills and ability to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects

Pay Range

While this role can be filled in a variety of global regions, as an organization headquartered in Paris, France we are required to include the pay range for this role if it were to be filled in BC. This range may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's region and market conditions, when outside of BC. 

Expected Pay Range: 25,000€ - 40,000€
