Pyxo is seeking Chat Agents to provide excellent customer support via our online chat platform. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide timely support. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.
Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Superior organizational skills and ability to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects
