Pyxo is seeking a Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive the recruitment process for various roles within the agency. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our company values and meet the needs of our diverse departments. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and use your expertise to build a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for open positions, from creating job descriptions to sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find and attract qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent.
Employer Branding: Promote Pyxo’s employer brand and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
